Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Team Leader, IT Network & Infrastructure to steer enterprise IT services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and strong end-user support.

You will lead architecture, security, backup, and DR, manage vendors, define SLAs, and drive multi-site infrastructure initiatives in a 24/7 operation, with a focus on scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science/IT or related).
• Strong English (written and spoken); Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and operations of enterprise infrastructure (on‑prem, cloud, hybrid).
• Oversee identity and access management (AD, Azure AD/Entra ID).
• Ensure backup, DR capabilities and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure and secure connectivity.
• Manage Windows and Linux environments, patching, and performance.
• Lead IT Service Desk operations and vendor management.
