Job summary

Advansys is seeking a software engineer to take end-to-end ownership of the platform's software lifecycle, including source code, builds, and deployment infrastructure.

You will maintain and evolve forked open-source components, develop build tooling for Linux and Windows, and design robust CI/CD pipelines to replace manual processes. Collaboration spans security components and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments with Helm-based workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering with C/C++ and complex build systems.
• Experience with Git, including maintaining forks and upstream integration.
• Experience deploying on Kubernetes/OpenShift and Helm-based tooling.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the platform's software lifecycle, including source code, builds, and deployment infrastructure.
• Maintain and evolve forked open-source components while ensuring platform stability.
• Develop, improve, and maintain build tooling across Linux and Windows environments.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to replace manual build and validation processes.
• Maintain interoperability test suites across integrated encryption and security components.
• Support Kubernetes/OpenShift-based deployments, including Helm charts and container images.
