Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a DevOps and Infrastructure engineer to join the engineering team and build the reliability, observability, and automation foundations behind our production platforms.

This hands-on role focuses on solving complex infrastructure problems, improving how systems operate in production, and automating tasks that are currently manual.

Responsibilities

• Own observability and alerting across production platforms, building and tuning monitoring, logging, metrics, traces and actionable alerts.
• Deliver and own the Classic monitoring retrofit, including synthetic and heartbeat checks and log shipping, enabling proactive, alert-driven support.
• Own infrastructure reliability, including cloud infrastructure, networking, environments, configuration, capacity, performance and resilience.
• Support CI/CD and deployment, including safe release, rollback and incident-disable mechanisms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex infrastructure problems, improving how systems operate in production, and automating the things that shouldn't need to be done manually.

What you'll do

• Own observability and alerting across our production platforms - building and tuning monitoring, logging, metrics, traces and actionable alerts.
