Job summary

2coms in Oman is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensure work aligns with drawings, plans and quality standards, and coordinate with workers across multiple sites.

You will read technical plans, estimate materials, monitor productivity, and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager. Travel between project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of construction experience.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
• Allocate and manage workers according to project requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Estimate and calculate required construction materials.
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain discipline at the site.
• Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Travel between multiple project sites when required.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to the Executive Manager.
• Complete assigned work within project timelines.
