Job summary

Gender is seeking experienced Electrical Charge hands / Foremen for a major project in Oman. The role requires supervising electrical installation activities, reading drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical supervision, with strong leadership skills and Gulf project exposure. Walk-in interviews are planned across multiple locations in India.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision, chargehand or foreman roles.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation standards and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Experience in construction, MEP, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Gulf experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Lead and manage electricians and electrical technicians.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.
• Ensure electrical works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor work progress and maintain productivity targets.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.
• Conduct inspections and resolve site-related electrical issues.
