Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) seeks a highly experienced Construction Quality Manager to lead QC activities for the QLNG project at Sohar Yard. You will be the senior quality authority on-site, ensuring fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning meet project specifications and international standards.

The role requires strategic leadership of a large QC team across multiple disciplines, driving a culture of quality excellence and flawless project turnover to the client.

Qualifikationen

• 20 years of progressive QC/QA experience in offshore oil & gas.
• Experience leading large QC teams of 50+ inspectors.
• Experience with Qatar LNG/Qatargas/QatarEnergy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ACI, IEC, ISO 9001.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Project Quality Control Plan and ITPs.
• Oversee QA/QC activities, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Audit and manage contractor/subcontractor QC plans and records.
• Interface with QatarEnergy/Qatargas and client to report quality performance.
• Drive documentation and turnover packages, including MDRs and certifications.
• Lead root-cause analysis and closeout of NCRs/CARs.
