Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Senior Accountant - Construction to oversee project accounting in Muscat. You will manage construction-related accounting, cost tracking, and project financial reporting to support informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in accounting with at least 3 years in construction/real estate accounting, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, or CPA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting with 3+ years in construction/real estate accounting.
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• ACCA, CMA, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, discipline, analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction-related accounting and project financial reporting.
• Maintain project accounts, budgets, accruals, and cost tracking.
• Review invoices, payments, and contracts for compliance.
• Prepare monthly project financial reports and variance analysis.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
