Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce; professional accounting certification preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting, preferably in restaurant, cafe, hotel, catering, or multi-outlet F&B operations.
• Accuracy, confidentiality, urgency, analytical skills, communication, control mindset, teamwork, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B accounting operations, revenue reconciliation, cost reporting, inventory accounting.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, reconciliations, credit notes, and aging reports.
• Record daily sales, cash, card, online delivery, discounts, refunds, tips, petty cash, and POS transactions.
• Prepare monthly P&L, revenue and cost analyses, cash flow, and balance sheet schedules.
• Support VAT, audits, internal controls, and financial documentation standards.
