Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Field Specialist III for challenging coiled tubing operations on site in Oman. The role leads complex interventions, oversees CTU rig-up/down, and serves as the on-site technical authority with safety and client requirements at the forefront.

You will mentor Field Specialists I/II and Operators, coordinate with field supervisors and multi-service teams, and ensure real-time data-driven decisions, strict well-control standards, and HSE compliance.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of field experience in coiled tubing.
• 5-8+ years in coiled tubing CT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complex CT operations at the wellsite.
• Execute advanced interventions: cleanouts, milling, fishing.
• Oversee rig-up, pressure testing, and rig-down of CTU.
• Act as primary technical authority on location.
• Monitor real-time data and make field decisions.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE and well control standards.
• Mentor Field Specialists I/II and Operators.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors, clients, and multi-service teams.
