Job summary

Oman Investment Authority is seeking a Coil Tubing Coordinator to oversee daily operations, ensure safe and timely service delivery, and lead project planning with proper resource allocation.

You will monitor performance against KPIs, ensure SOP and quality compliance, coordinate with maintenance, manage inventory and third-party services, and drive staff development through training and HR-aligned coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient, and timely service delivery.
• Plan and execute projects with proper resource allocation, materials, and readiness.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and improve processes in line with KPIs and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment compliance and accurate records (ERM & MPRO).
• Manage inventory of spare parts and chemicals, including forecasting and stock control to avoid disruptions.
• Control operational expenses and manage third-party services in line with financial and procurement guidelines.
• Lead and supervise staff, including timesheet approval, recruitment support, and performance management.
• Ensure team competency through training, coaching, and development programs aligned with HR standards.

Education

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Electronics/Telecommunication)
