Job summary

NES Fircroft Ltd. is seeking a Senior Coiled Tubing Field Specialist to lead and execute complex coiled tubing operations on site. The role requires deep technical expertise, with 8–12+ years of CT experience and 5–8+ years specifically in CT operations.

You will be the on-site technical authority, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients and multi-service teams to ensure safe, efficient field execution and adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of field experience in CT.
• 5–8+ years in coiled tubing (CT) operations.
• Experience leading complex CT operations on wellsites.
• Strong knowledge of CTU operation, BOP stacks, and pressure control.
• Ability to interpret real-time data and make quick field decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise complex coiled tubing operations at the wellsite.
• Oversee rig-up, pressure testing, operation, and rig-down of CTU and pressure control equipment.
• Act as the primary technical authority on location during operations.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisors, clients and multi-service teams.
• Mentor and train Field Specialists I/II and Field Operators.
• Support job planning reviews and post-job reporting and evaluation.
