Responsibilities

• Support the industrialization of the Blades production facility.
• Lead the recruitment and training process of all the Production headcount.
• Identify all potential risks to the Production Plan.
• Monitor and control the Learning Curve to achieve Full Production capacity at the required level.
• Make sure all the required documentation for production is available.
• Work hand in hand with the HR department in the recruitment process.
• Train Production Supervisors and Team Leaders on manufacturing techniques and quality control.
• Foster a safety- and quality-first culture aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 scheme.
