Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment in Oman seeks a Blade Quality Engineer to manage quality across the production process, track processes, and drive improvements.

The role requires a minimum 5+ years’ experience in blade QA, strong analysis skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential for daily communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, process, industrial or quality engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of Blade QA/production foreman/quality inspector experience.
• Familiar with wind blade and ISO9001 quality system knowledge.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in English for emails and communication.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management of production process, including process tracking, quality problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement CAPA.
• Know-how of WTG components, especially nacelle and hub; read and interpret technical docs.
