• Management experience of nacelle process team.
• Experience as a process manager in a nacelle & hub factory.

Responsibilities

• Develop production technology plans for factory expansion.
• Digest manufacturing process documents and fixture design.
• Provide technical support for new product introduction.
• Review product assembly processes and define manufacturing processes.
• Lead preparation and update of operation instructions for production.
• Participate in research of new processes and technologies.
• Integrate production and processes during factory reviews.
