Amgen in Muscat seeks a Senior Biopharmaceutical Representative to promote products and communicate key messages with healthcare partners. You will build territory plans, drive performance, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Value & Access teams to meet goals.

You will stay current on industry trends, ensure timely CRM updates, manage budgets, and pursue product knowledge through training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related role with a track record of achieving results.
• Based in Muscat, Oman.
• Experience with biotechnology-related field is a plus.
• Understanding of Oman healthcare system and MOH.
• Experience with computer systems (CRM databases and MS Office).
• Hold self‑accountability for achieving goals and strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement territory POA and key account plans in collaboration with the manager.
• Evaluate progress against plan monthly and adjust with manager.
• Contribute to cluster/territory teams and cross-functional groups to align objectives.
• Engage with peers, District Manager and cross-functional teams to improve product knowledge.
• Maintain up-to-date customer profiles in the CRM system and report activity.
• Manage expenses within the POA priorities and forecast needs.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and self-learning.
