Job summary

Category in Oman seeks a dedicated scaffolding supervisor to oversee erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolds in the fabrication yard, ensuring compliance with project specs and HSE requirements.

You will coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning and HSE teams, allocate manpower and equipment, monitor usage, and conduct toolbox talks to promote safety and efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas.
• Ensure scaffolding works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and equipment to achieve daily production targets.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure uninterrupted work execution.
• Monitor scaffold material utilization and prevent loss, damage, or misuse.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.
