Job summary

Experience is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to supervise, coordinate, and control all scaffolding activities within the fabrication yard, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling in line with project specs and HSE requirements.

The role requires allocating manpower, tools and equipment to meet daily targets, coordinating with Construction, QA/QC, Planning and HSE, and conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffolding operations on large fabrication sites.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations and international scaffolding standards.
• Ability to allocate resources and supervise multiple teams.
• Strong communication and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration and dismantling.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings and method statements.
• Allocate manpower, tools and equipment to meet daily targets.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning and HSE teams.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings to uphold standards.
