Job summary

PeopleStrong in Oman seeks a Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee all scaffold activities in the fabrication yard, ensuring safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling in line with project specs, statutory regs, and company HSE requirements.

The role requires coordinating with Construction, QA/QC, Planning and HSE teams to ensure continuous work flow, supervising erection and alterations across all areas, and conducting toolbox talks and pre-job briefings to reinforce

• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas.
• Ensure scaffolding works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Planning, and HSE teams to ensure uninterrupted work execution.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.

Scaffolding Operations

• Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling activities across fabrication, assembly, outfitting, blasting, painting, and load-out areas.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure full compliance with company HSE procedures, client requirements, and international scaffolding standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, pre-job briefings, and safety awareness sessions.
