Job summary

Hassan Allam Holding is seeking an experienced HSE professional in Muscat to participate in site management meetings, lead incident investigations, and review HSE permits. The role requires implementing HSE systems, risk assessments, and regular site inspections to ensure safety across scaffolding, electrical, and crane operations.

You will drive safety awareness among contractors, maintain alignment with the client’s HSE team, and address client complaints while updating the monthly HSE

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in safety.
• OSHA General Industry certifications and related HSE trainings.

Responsibilities

• Participate in management meetings with the site management to keep them updated on HSE matters.
• Participate in the investigations for HSE incidents.
• Review and approve HSE permits.
• Implement the Hazard Reporting, Action Tracking Register and Scorecard for the site.
• Implement HSE Management Systems and procedures on site.
• Prepare Risk Assessments and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct routine inspections related to scaffolding, electrical, cranes, etc.
• Improve the contractors’ safety awareness.
• Inspect the fire fighting and protection equipment in the plant.
• Ensure positive relation with the clients’ HSE team.
• Resolve any complaints from the client related to HSE issues.
• Update the monthly HSE scorecard.
