Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the same industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage a team of sales representatives by setting targets, coaching and training them.
