Job summary

RapidFix Services in Al Buraymi, Oman is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the local sales team and implement effective sales strategies. You will manage and motivate the team, develop plans to achieve monthly and annual targets, monitor market trends, and build strong relationships with current and potential clients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, at least two years of sales management experience, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales management experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
