India Abroad in Salalah, Oman is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive growth. You will focus on achieving targets, building relationships with customers, and developing effective sales strategies.

The role requires leadership, strong communication in English, and a proven track record in sales management in the Middle East. This is a contract position with accommodation and visa sponsorship available for selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (ME region preferred).
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Valid driver's license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities.
• Conduct market research on industry trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align goals.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
• Train new hires on policies, products/services knowledge, and sales techniques.
