Job summary

Omanyp in Oman is seeking a Manager - Sales Training & Development to design and lead comprehensive sales training programmes, aligning them with business goals to drive performance across the sales team.

You will coach and mentor staff, collaborate with department heads, evaluate training effectiveness with data, manage the training budget, stay abreast of industry trends, and use modern training tools to deliver engaging programmes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong background in sales training and development within Real Estate.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective training programmes.
