Job summary

Jumbo Electronic Co. Ltd ( LLC ) seeks a B Tech Mechanical Engineer with fire safety expertise to lead design, operation, and maintenance on petrochemical/oil & gas facilities in Oman. The role requires 7–10 years on-site experience, NFPA certification, and Oman driving eligibility.

Strong regulatory knowledge and emergency readiness are essential. The ideal candidate will manage fire equipment operations, coordinate safety programs, and work with a multilingual team to uphold high safety

Qualifications

• B Tech Mechanical Engineer with fire protection focus.
• Diploma in Occupational Fire Safety and Health and NFPA Fire Protection certification.
• Extensive on-site experience in petrochemical/oil & gas safety design, operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire safety design, operation, and maintenance on petrochemical/oil & gas sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety equipment operations without panicking.

B Tech Mechanical engineer Fire engineer Full time 4 years Dip in Occupational fire Safety and Health Nebosch Process Safety Management and Certified Fire Protection Specialist from NFPA Minimum 7-10 years Experience on site in petrochemical chemical oil gas industries on fire and safety design operation and maintenance is a must Oman light motor vehicle driving license in must willing to take in 6 months of joining Appropriate knowledge on industrial radiation safety Emergency response and fire equipment operations without panicking

Basic maintenance of fire equipment’s

Negotiating skills, to convince managers of the need to implement and maintain fire safety standards that may
