Job summary

Experience in Oman seeks a Safety engineer to provide robust engineering support in all safety aspects across assigned sites under TL Central Safety. You will critically assess RPI Safety performance, develop strategic safety plans, and design and implement safety systems integrated into product design using industry best practices.

You will lead safety objectives, collaborate with HSE teams, ensure ISO 45001 compliance, mentor staff, and contribute to HSSE reporting and annual targets in line

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas HSSE.
• Experience in managing Safety in Petrochemical/oil industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and RC14001.
• Knowledge of risk management methods and HAZOP/HAZID.
• Experience with Permit to Work processes.
• Knowledge of Oman HSSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong/robust engineering support in Safety across sites.
• Critically assess RPI Safety performance and develop safety plans.
• Design and implement safety systems and SOPs for compliance.
• Lead safety objectives and HSSE reporting across sites.
• Work with departments to implement HSE Management System.
• Mentor team and ensure capability in HSSE trainings.
• Coordinate with regulators and industry bodies.
