Role & responsibilities Risk Assessment: Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify potential workplace hazards or unsafe conditions. Policy Enforcement: Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure staff comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) guidelines and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents or near-misses, prepare comprehensive reports, and implement corrective measures. Training & Education: Lead safety orientations for new hires and conduct ongoing safety drills, workshops, and awareness programs. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of safety protocols and liaise with external regulatory bodies to meet statutory and local legal requirements.
