Job summary

Accor is seeking a Revenue Manager to own revenue strategies across assigned properties. You will develop and implement strategic commercial plans with the General Manager and Head of Sales, driving revenue growth while monitoring results and adjusting plans.

Strong data analysis and a firm grasp of revenue management concepts are essential. The role requires experience in revenue management and operations, with preference for Opera Cloud/IDeaS RMS.

Qualifications

• You must be technically skilled with a strong understanding of systems and hotel operations.
• Opera Cloud and IDeaS G3 RMS experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Revenue Manager is required.
• Makkah experience is preferred.
• You take ownership, solve problems, and make effective decisions.
• You are a quick learner, have a growth mindset and are up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue strategies for assigned properties and develop strategic commercial plans with the GM and Head of Sales.
• Incorporate the revenue management philosophy across revenue management, sales, marketing and operations.
• Chair weekly commercial meetings to align on revenue, sales and marketing strategy.
• Analyze weekly, monthly and ad-hoc data and report results.
• Monitor pace, group pace, booking window and channels to identify key trends.
• Achieve room revenue goals including budget and RevPAR indices.
• Prepare annual hotel revenue budget and ongoing results analysis.
• Forecast monthly occupancy and rate with market segment mix and share.
• Monitor competitors and local market demand generators.
• Maintain relationships with OTA market managers and third-party partners.
• Oversee channel management including rate loading and inventory.
