Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Store Manager in Muscat to drive sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service in line with brand standards. You will lead store operations, inventory control, visual merchandising and staff development, coaching area and store managers, to maximize performance across the network.

The role requires strong leadership, KPI focus and collaboration with regional teams to ensure consistent excellence in store execution and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sales and profitability: achieve KPIs such as units per transaction, average transaction value, monthly sales, sales per square foot.
• Set store sales targets to maximize sales and profitability.
• Guide Area Managers and Stores Managers to maximize productivity and optimize resources.
• Enforce SOPs, loss prevention, and visual merchandising guidelines across stores.
• Recruit, train staff on sales techniques, customer service and team etiquette; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Oversee stock/inventory management and ensure stock security measures.
• Ensure brand participation in loyalty programs and regular regional reviews.
