Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent field.
• Proven experience as retail store manager in fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of optimizing store operations and standards.
• Candidates must be currently in Oman.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and service through the team to meet targets.
• Set team objectives and measure performance with KPI metrics.
• Monitor weekly commercial reports to maximize sales.
• Plan promotions and ensure stock, permits, layout and manpower.
• Handle staff and customer issues and complaints.
• Maintain store standards and compliance with policies.
• Assist in new concept reviews and store openings.
• Communicate stock replenishment needs to Ops, Distribution and Buying.
