Greet customers, assist in selection, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain product knowledge, handle POS transactions, and follow loss prevention policies to ensure secure, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering strong customer service in a retail environment.
• Ability to assist customers in selecting products and closing sales.
• Understanding of loyalty programs and promoting repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
• Convert window shoppers into buyers and promote loyalty program.
• Follow guest selling approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and grooming standards.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and record cash at shift start/end.
• Adhere to SOPs and loss prevention policies.
