You will work closely with the founders to shape campaign strategies, write scripts, and optimize assets, with a strong emphasis on measurable results. Remote work is allowed, with flexible hours and continuous training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full-funnel performance marketing expertise covering audience research, angles, copy and media buying.
• Data-driven marketer with proven performance and optimization.
• Experience managing seven-figure ad budgets or more.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising, creative testing and scaling.
• Ability to translate KPIs into actionable creative and strategic improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative process and scale paid social campaigns for leading brands across the DACH market.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and content for paid and organic channels.
• Oversee full-funnel performance marketing from audience research to media buying.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with business goals and brand growth.
• Analyze KPIs and advertising performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Continuously test and optimize creative assets, messaging, and strategies.
• Contribute to developing performance marketing processes and best practices.
• Stay informed about emerging creative trends and apply them to campaigns.
