Job summary

Experience seeks a Senior Specialist Service Operations to oversee day-to-day delivery and engineering of core managed cybersecurity services. You will own Vulnerability Management, Email Security, Web Application Security, and Endpoint Security service lines, driving client engagements end-to-end while ensuring alignment with ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and SLAs.

You will mentor teams, lead governance activities, and contribute to capability uplift, certifications, and practice improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• ITIL v4 Foundation mandatory.
• Professional security certification (e.g. CISSP, Security+, CySA+, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GIAC).
• 5–7 years hands-on cybersecurity operations or managed security service delivery.
• Prior MSSP or large enterprise SOC exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge across vulnerability management, email, web app, and endpoint security.
• Arabic/English bilingual capability is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Vulnerability Management across client portfolio.
• Lead design, hardening, and operations of managed email security platforms.
• Own configuration, tuning, and remediation for managed WAF services.
• Lead endpoint security deployment, health, and coverage efforts.
• Produce executive-level reports and client review packs in English/Arabic.
• Mentor Specialists and coordinate with Team Lead for capacity planning.
