Job summary

Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager (China & Global Markets) to lead sourcing activities for machinery, equipment, structural components, and related products. The role focuses on identifying reliable international suppliers, negotiating terms, ensuring quality, and managing end-to-end sourcing.

You will travel internationally as required and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and cost targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Procurement or related field.
5–7 years in sourcing/procurement or supply chain management.
Experience sourcing machinery/equipment from China and international markets.
Strong negotiation, cost analysis and vendor management skills.
Experience with international logistics and customs processes.
Excellent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers across China and global markets.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international suppliers.
Manage end-to-end sourcing activities from supplier identification to final delivery.
Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, operations, finance and quality teams to ensure timely procurement.
