Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in appointment setting or similar customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects via email and LinkedIn to schedule meetings.
• Qualify leads based on role, company type, industry fit, and business need.
• Maintain clean calendar coordination and booking accuracy.
• Log outreach activity, notes, and follow-up status in HubSpot.
• Provide handoff notes and prospect context to SDR/BDR teams.
• Track bookings, show rates, and scheduling performance.
