Job summary

Kellogg Brown & Root is seeking an SAP Specialist to coordinate and advance the Total Reliability program across refinery assets. You will lead criticality analyses, manage data collection, and drive reliability initiatives within SAP environments.

The role requires refinery experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure asset health and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering is required.
• Excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with Asset Life cycle Management and reliability programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute responsibilities relating to governing and establishing the Total reliability program framework throughout the asset lifecycle in Refinery.
• Prepare framework and methodology for criticality assessment and Reliability improvement program of refinery assets.
• Lead and perform Asset Criticality Analysis for all refinery assets.
• Collect data for criticality assessment, lead workshops, and upload findings in SAP with supporting documents.
• Champion reliability methodologies across asset types and sustain operational excellence.
• Act as focal point for reviews and technical reliability culture development in projects and operating facilities.
• Administer asset lifecycle management procedures in SAP, BOM, and PM implementations.
• Initiate studies for facilities and asset improvements, providing specialized technical service.
