Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the MSD under Global Manufacturing Excellence. The role provides maintenance program development, performance benchmarking and reporting support for global facilities.

You will lead data-driven analyses, KPI reviews and cost control while collaborating with engineering and vendor teams to implement reliable maintenance strategies across critical assets in a Saudi site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas downstream sector.
• Strong technical competence in maintenance programs and practices.
• Experience with RBI and RBI-based maintenance concepts.
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Hands-on experience with spare parts and materials procurement strategies.
• Strong maintenance planning, scheduling and work prioritization experience.
• Strong experience with budgeting and spending control methodologies.
• Experience with field maintenance methodologies and CMMS (SAP).

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes, management strategy and conduct health assessments in line with GME/corporate requirements.
• Perform data-driven analyses to benchmark performance and close gaps.
• Review KPIs and maintenance reporting trends to drive improvements.
• Analyze maintenance spending across manpower, equipment, materials procurement and outsourcing.
• Assist line maintenance in implementing approved programs (TPRM/GM reliability).
• Develop methods for new maintenance scenarios including pumps, motors, turbines, valves and instrumentation.
• Design alternative parts or systems with engineering and vendors.
• Represent AMSD on committees and task groups.
• Identify work suitable for contractor execution and develop scopes.
