Job summary

Salam Air is seeking a Maintenance Control Centre Engineer (MCC) to oversee and support real-time fleet operations. You will monitor aircraft health, manage defects, and ensure reliable technical dispatch while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include planning maintenance, coordinating scheduled and unscheduled tasks, and maintaining records. Strong cross-functional collaboration and AOG support are essential for minimizing flight disruptions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aviation as certifying staff, with 3+ years MCC duties preferred.
• Level III course for A320 Family with LEAP-1A/CFM56.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check aircraft history to prepare and control maintenance programs daily.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption.
• Monitor ongoing tasks and provide support to resolve issues per safety/regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Line Maintenance, Technical Services, OCC and other departments for timely resolutions.
• Communicate with flight crews and maintenance teams on aircraft status and concerns.
• Maintain and update maintenance records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze maintenance trends and recommend improvements to reduce downtime.
• Assist in developing maintenance schedules and tasks for all aircraft.
• Provide technical support during AOG situations to minimize disruption.
