Job summary

Salam Air is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Control Centre Engineer to oversee real-time fleet health, coordinate defects, and ensure reliable technical dispatch while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Line Maintenance, Technical Services and OCC, monitor maintenance trends, and support AOG situations to minimise disruption and maintain operability across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in aviation as certifying staff, with 3+ years in MCC duties.
• Level III type course for A320 Family with CFM LEAP-1A & CFM56.
• Mechanical/Aeronautical/Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Check aircraft history to plan and control maintenance programs daily.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate aircraft maintenance tasks to minimize disruption.
• Monitor ongoing tasks and support issue resolution to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Line Maintenance, Technical Services, OCC and other departments.
• Communicate with flight crews and teams to provide status updates.
• Maintain and update maintenance records to ensure safety standards.
• Analyze maintenance trends and suggest reliability improvements.
• Provide technical support during AOG situations to minimise downtime.
