SOCAT LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead Health, Safety and Environment across our operations in Oman. You will lead HSE officers, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, and drive incident investigations with actionable corrective actions.

Focus on strengthening food safety, occupational health, and workplace safety practices. You will work closely with Operations and clients to elevate safety performance and build a proactive safety culture with measurable results across

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HSE across multiple sites.
• NEBOSH qualification or equivalent recognized certs are preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and regulatory liaison skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and manage HSE officers across multiple sites in Oman.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
• Drive incident investigations and root-cause analysis with timely corrective actions.
• Strengthen food safety, occupational health and workplace safety practices.
• Develop and deliver practical HSE awareness and training programs.
• Collaborate with operations and clients to improve safety performance.
