Job summary

Zeoof Group is seeking a Property Management Officer to support the efficient administration and operational management of the Group’s real estate assets and properties. You will manage tenant relations, lease and contract administration, property documentation, and coordinate day-to-day property management tasks with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property management, real estate operations, or lease administration.
• Experience with property contracts, leases, tenant relations, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities related to assigned properties.
• Maintain and manage lease agreements, contracts, tenant records, and property documentation.
• Act as a key contact for tenants and ensure professional communication.
• Follow up on tenant requests and service requirements until resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on lease renewals, contract updates, tenant documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date records of properties, tenants, contracts.
• Assist with property-related reporting to management.
• Coordinate property activities with service providers and tenants.
• Support property marketing and leasing activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Escalate issues to management when required.
• Perform other property management duties as assigned.
