Job summary

BEYOND.one Gmbh in Oman seeks a Senior Specialist – Promoter Coordination to own end-to-end operational management of the Direct Sales/Promoter channel for Friendi Mobile and Friendi Pay. You will drive visibility, governance and accuracy of commissions, while enabling faster decision-making and productivity improvements.

You will collaborate with frontline teams and senior leadership to translate field activity into actionable insights, ensuring channel profitability and sustainable growth

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' progressive experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Planning, Commercial/Business Analytics or Channel Operations within telecom or a fast-paced direct sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational planning for the Direct Sales/Promoter channel with deployment plans.
• Design and improve real-time visibility reports and dashboards (Excel, Power Query/Pivot, Power BI).
• Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools to automate reporting and accelerate analysis.
• Govern weekly and monthly promoter commissions and incentives with accuracy and transparency.
• Manage end-to-end promoter payment cycles with timely payouts.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, BI, Finance and Customer Care to resolve promoter/channel issues.
• Develop data-driven forecasting models and target-setting for promoter channel.
• Analyze performance to identify risks and opportunities and present recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure promoters are briefed on offers and UVPs, aligning with brand messaging.
• Plan and evaluate ROI of promotional campaigns and optimize budgets.
• Champion continuous improvement using automation and AI to boost productivity.
