You will lead planning, monitoring, and controlling activities to ensure delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk and change management, reporting on scope, timeline and budget, and turning business requirements into actionable tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess Agile knowledge/experience.
• CMMI knowledge/experience a plus.
• 6 Sigma knowledge a plus.
• Ability to identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks for the team.
• Ability to properly manage the customer, control scope creep and gold plating.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria or work with specialists to define acceptance criteria for project deliverables and will work towards achieving stakeholder acceptance of deliverables.
• Ability to develop a resource plan and communicate the resource requirements to the respective parties.
• Process improvement abilities.
• Ability to manage vendors, and third-party contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
• Responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
• Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project and to this end will perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.
• Responsible for maintaining and reporting the project cost, scope, timeline, and quality
• Ability to manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Must continuously monitor project key parameters and take a corrective action in case the parameters affect the project performance.
• Work directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.

• Ability to generate many types of document, including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, personnel records, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports.

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent Discipline

Experience:

• Must have years project management experience, managing all phases of a project lifecycle.
• Relevant Experience in Software and System Integration Solutions as Project Manager Role.
