Job summary

AECOM is a global infrastructure leader delivering essential projects worldwide. We seek an experienced project manager to lead moderately complex programs in rail, metro or large-scale infrastructure, coordinating with clients and regulatory bodies.

The role involves guiding multi-discipline teams, shaping project delivery from initiation through close-out, and navigating stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes across multiple services and geographies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Communications, Business, or related field required.
Minimum 18 years of professional experience required.
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience on rail, metro, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Demonstrated expertise in managing relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills required; Arabic language proficiency is essential for this Saudi Arabia-based position.

Responsibilities

Manages one or more moderately complex project, involving a combination of the following: Clients with a regional geographic footprint; OR, Projects involved multiple services provided by regional offices; OR, other complexities.
May manage all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
Works mostly independently but receives basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features and possible solutions.
Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems and supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects.
May supervise: senior level engineers, as well as project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating and procurement representatives.
