Job summary

Gender seeks a senior infrastructure leader to drive major projects in Oman from concept through design, procurement and construction support. You bring 20+ years in infrastructure and 10+ years in PM leadership, with a track record in transport, roads, utilities, and master planning.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget and risk, coordinate with clients and authorities, and ensure governance, compliance and successful delivery of landmark projects in GCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in infrastructure and project delivery.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Management leadership roles.
• Experience in Transport Infrastructure, Roads and Highways, Urban Infrastructure, Utilities Networks, Master Planning, Design Management.
• Experience managing complex multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven delivery of large infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
• Strong consultant, PMC, PMCM, or engineering advisory background preferred.
• Experience working in GCC countries.
• Oman project experience and stakeholder exposure highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure and master planning projects across all project phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality.
• Direct and coordinate design teams including: Roads & Highways, Transportation Planning, Utilities, Drainage, Structures, Landscape, Environmental disciplines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, government authorities, and utility providers.
• Oversee design reviews, technical approvals, value engineering exercises, and constructability assessments.
• Manage tender documentation, procurement support, bid evaluations, and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Lead project governance activities including reporting, project controls, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements, international standards, and company procedures.
• Support business development, technical proposals, client presentations, and strategic pursuits.
• Mentor and develop project managers and technical teams.
• Drive successful delivery of projects while maintaining client satisfaction and commercial performance.
