Job summary

Napco National Company is seeking a data and manufacturing analytics professional to monitor, collect and interpret data from multiple sources and create reports to support informed decision-making across the business.

You will systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process to ensure quality standards, inspect tools and materials, schedule production to minimize time and cost, and drive continuous improvements while aligning with environmental and recycling guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process at NAPCO.
• Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
• Effectively schedule production activities in order to minimize production time and cost and maximize operational efficiency.
• Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost.
• Improve the sustainability of NAPCO’s process in alignment with NAPCO’s environmental responsibility and environmental and recycling regulations.
