The role involves monitoring production operations, ensuring raw materials availability, maintenance, troubleshooting with senior technicians, and documenting activities while adhering to health and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operating machines and processes to produce the required quality product.
• Continuously monitor production operations to ensure that the required standards are in conformity.
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment or processes to ensure compliance with quality standards by communicating & confirming supervisory level team members.
• Ensure the raw materials availability for the given production plan.
• Fulfill all production documentation related activities without fail.
• Manage and maintain equipment and adhere to health and safety laws.
• Attend daily production equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting with senior technicians.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities as per planned schedules and update documentation as required.
• Spare parts identification and reporting to concerned senior team members.
• Root cause analysis for attended failures and reporting.
• Maintain personal & workplace hygiene as per Food industry safety standards.
• Ensure machine cleaning & lubrication related activities without fail.
