The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of pastry experience, strong knowledge of Indian desserts, and the ability to plate with flair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian desserts and modern techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent time management and plating presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a variety of desserts and pastries, including traditional Indian sweets.
• Work with Head Chef to develop dessert menu items reflecting current Indian cuisine trends.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior pastry cooks in proper techniques and recipes.
• Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of desserts to customers.
