Job summary

Green Umbrella Recruitment is seeking a Pastry & Bakery Commis III in Muscat, Oman. The role supports the preparation, baking, and presentation of a variety of bakery items while upholding high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

You will work under supervision to develop fundamental pastry skills in a professional kitchen. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a pastry/bakery role, GCC experience, and are available immediately in Oman.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry/bakery role.
• GCC experience is mandatory.
• English language proficiency required; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation, baking, and presentation of pastries, breads, cakes, and desserts while ensuring quality and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and support daily pastry operations under supervision.
