Flyper's Salalah-based restaurant is seeking a part-time Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires evenings and weekends, with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-Omani nationals. Prior restaurant management experience is preferred to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
