Part-Time Restaurant Manager

A high-end restaurant in Al Buraymi is seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills. As a part-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work flexible hours and still make a competitive salary of 1800$. We also provide accommodation for our employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Manage and train staff, including scheduling shifts and delegating tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profits
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant management is required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
